Sunday Stills – Handtools
From now on, I’m going to follow Rodney’s Saga’s lead and try to get one photo that captures the theme. Not easy, I usually struggle to choose and end up posting loads.
This is my offering on the theme “Handtools.”
The implication is, of course, that I rasped one of my horses’ feet today.
Actually, I did. Go me. Aero is still sound, by the way.

Great job! I agree with TheDancingDonkey. . .the hardest part is that fear, which is why I have not even attempted yet!

Yup, farrier tools are about as hands on as it gets. Keep trimming, it does get easier the more you do it. I know, for me at least, the hardest part was getting past the fear of cutting too much, but it gets better with practice.

Thanks for the encouragement! The lovely French farrier is checking the horses every few weeks to make sure I don’t cripple them!
